Alright... finally finished up this set, so I'm posting for C&C.

I already posted one of them for PP C&C, and in addition to the PP C&C people gave me regular C&C as well, so I'll just skip that one and move onto the others...

I have a laundry list of my own critiques after doing this shoot, but as always, your input is immensely appreciated!

Let 'er rip!

Thanks!

And if anyone is curious and wants to see the rest of the set, it's here: Jill Darr - a set on Flickr

Feel free to rip any of those apart too, if you're bored.

Thanks again guys!

I really like #2, the soft background really works with her.

Thanks! :sillysmi:

Love number three!!

I like #3 as well. #2 left leg looks blotchy from uneven lighting, #4 her expression doesn't convey the feeling that it does in #3. Technically they're well done.

Nice to see you around, btw. Don't be a stranger. ;)

Awesome, thanks for the feedback!

Haha, I'm trying not to! Believe me I am! I'm just so backed up with photo stuff and I now have a full time job, and all of my time is either spent at work, or at home trying to catch up with my photography stuff, haha. This shoot was the hardest of the bunch. The rest is band stuff and a few odds and ends, so that should go much faster... and then you'll be BEGGING for me to disappear again! :lmao:

Indeed, number two....would be perfect if it wasn't for the uneven lighting of her legs.
Number three is very strong too. Good crop and awesome pose.

I like the formality of the first two, and love the bad-girl attitude of the last two

Thanks for your feedback! :)

The subject is well lit in all but number 2. TOD and settings are making the backgrounds a little meh *shrug*. I love that the black leather reads as black while maintaining detail. I like the exposure in number one but don't like how the tones in the hair are similar to the branch tones. Are you just using a fill light or do you have something more elaborate set up?

Shot 4 is by far the best, she has relaxed into the shoot and is looking natural, i usually reject the first 20 shots because it takes time for them to get into the shoot, the first 2 shots she looks stiff

1 and 2 are 'nice and clean.'

But on 3 and 4 i'm seeing some photoshop smudges or discolorment (is that a word?) on the forehead, like you attempted to clone out a lose strand of hair or something. Did you do any work there?
