Looks nice, but a little blown out on the left.

The effect can be achieved by expensive tilt-shift lenses or through photoshop action

hey spako im from australia, i traveled through luxemburg around this time last year, was a nice place!
yeah its a real image and it is taken from a bridge, very observant acsonpg.
this is acheieved with photoshop, there was a post on tpf telling you how to do it, so i gave it a go!
