Curious how you personally combine these and how they give you the looks you like. Are there any you prefer to current lenses for specific purposes?

Most of my lenses were made for film cameras; predominately Nikon F and Leica M mount. I use them with adapters to fit all of my cameras. I have standard wide to portrait zooms on every camera and those are made for the camera so I have Nikon's 24-70mm f/2.8 on my Z7, Fuji's 16-55mm f/2.8 on my X-T4 etc. and those are the lenses I use the most -- the standard zooms.

All my other lenses are primes and I only have a few made for the cameras; like the Fuji 14mm f/2.8 or the Olympus 12mm f/2. After that it's the Nikon F mount and Leica M mount primes. I'm very fond of my Zeiss 35mm Biogon (M mount) and my Nikkor 28mm f/2 (F mount). Voigtlander 40mm Ultron is a fine lens (F mount). Least favorite is the Zeiss 21mm Distagon (F mount). My favorite lens for close-up and macro is a Leitz 90mm Macro Elmar (M mount) which I prefer to use on my APS-C sensor cameras. As you can see my lenses lean wide, I'm not a long lens user; just don't see the world that way. So I have one long lens that I think I've used 3 times in the past 5 years, a Nikkor 180mm EDIF f/2.8 (F mount) -- terrific lens I just don't have anything I want to use it for.
