This photo is supposed to have the lines running across it as well as the grainy-ness. I

Because of the look I was going for I decided to leave the hot spots to add to the effect.

It's a nice photo, although I don't see how the blow outs add to it... what do you mean 'leave the hot spots'? It looks blown and once it's blown, you have no choice but to leave it.

She looks so big! Every time you post a pic she looks older and older. (The baby of course I mean!!!! LOL)

If I were you I'd go back and undodge them. They just look poor metering.
