Monarch & Milkweed

The caterpillars are from the Monarch's eggs. I planted some Swamp Milkweed to attract Hummingbirds. The Monarch got it first. The last picture is what the caterpillars did in one day to the largest plant. If you have never seen them, they build a cocoon that hangs from any overhead object. I have seen them come out and slowly open their wings and then fly off. Nature really has some amazing creatures.
