I like this. I'm not a portrait shooter so I have nothing of value to say regarding the lighting and pose, but it seems like you nailed it. She looks comfortable and relaxed. I like her ink.
To me this would have worked better with a dark/black background, but that's probably just a matter of my taste and not a valid critique point.

I really like the lighting.

My only complaint is that I wish you had backed up a few feet. I would like to see more arms. Her hair is looking a bit crunchy in places. Could be over-sharpening ... or just the blown background.

Overall, this is very nice. Good job.

Heh... Thanks. But there was no Window light...

I used two 400 watt-second mono-lights (1:2 ratio) on the model with an old speed-light to light the background.
