Yes, a little bit, with a high pass filter. Don't know any other way to do it unfortunately

Do you how can I avoid/fix this? Probably using a good tripod would be a good start, but maybe there's something wrong with my exposure or PP

edit: Maybe it's because I took it from a big city and not the countryside... ?

A good tripod will definitely help with shooting at 450mm. 1/100 handheld up at the moon is not going to be the most steady of positions for the shot. Did you do something else to it as it seems a bit distorted on the wide side?
