the first one seems a little busy because of the background around the head, but the feathers look nice in B&W, the herons white feathers like to blow out cause of the sun, and are very sensitive and can not be brought back in post usually cause, so remember went shooting them to underexpose for the feathers. I like #4 could you give the herons head more padding though? really like the last one, that is probably my favorite I think you really nailed the black and white on this one. I like it, the clouds are in the perfect place in relation to the tower to give it contrast

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah it was a sunny day and I guess exposure wasn't exactly right. What do you mean by more padding?
