Morning breaks at Whitehorse Falls

Good day fellow TPF folks! Here's my second shot of many from my recent trip exploring the more secluded parts of Oregon's wilderness. Hope you like it - and, CC always welcome.

This is three exposures - two for the top 2/3 of the scene - one for the f/22 sunstar and one for a more clean f/16 image without water spray on it (using layer masks to bring it all together); and, one for the bottom 1/3 foreground to make for a nice 4x5 aspect ratio, which I currently prefer. I used a CPL. Thanks!

I very much like the scene, but I'm not sure about the sun "star". To me it's so perfect it almost looks fake.

I agree with tirediron. The lens effect is detracting from an otherwise very good shot.

Interesting, I like the sun to show "in the leaves" rather than a sunstar. Very good image though, love the processing and the way you've layered it.

I thought both the sun and the falls have gone a bit too far. Not a fan of super silky water.
Just my preferences.

I like it, perfect sunstar! for cc I'd likely have made it a vertical and lightened up the foreground (because I love that PacNW moss).

OK I prefer silky water. I usually will layer in some texture but none was available (it was quite dark).
