morning setting on D90

I fear that f3-f5.6 with ISO 200 may produce an over exposed image. However, thanks a lot for guiding me.

This is a REALLY broad question, and you will understand why noone could give you a correct answer later on when you understand completely how your camera works.

F-8 could also produce a over exposed image when its sunny.. All settings are really general, as a beginner, I suggest you pick either Av (aperture) or Tv (shutter speed).

So if you want to take a photo of lets say a dog running, set it on tv, and make\ sure its a high number like 1/500 or so.

If you want to take a photo of a flower and want the background to be blurry, use a big aperture like f3.5

On a side note, I would like to mention I feel like OP is trolling.

If you don't know the answer, don't use manual or any form of manual if you want good photos. If you want to learn and get experience go ahead. So I guess try both, if you have time.

Go read this. When you're done, read it again while playing with your camera (as Overread suggested you do with your manual... which I also reccomend).
