I'm just learning all of this. What can I do to improve???

That's pretty cool, but these shots work better if you get just a touch - a hint of motion blur on the wings to give it a less static and more dynamic feel. Of course, that's difficult because your window of opportunity is small. Much easier to crank it up to 1/8000 and freeze it.
