I think it looks nice, did you use any post processing? If you sharpen it up and enhance the colors a little I think it would look even better

Nice shot, what a beautiful spot.
Try using a CPL to bring out the deepness in the sky and kill reflection on the water........ if you want lol

The only processing I apply is the lens correction (I have it set up auto) because I'm only just now starting to use LR5. I'm not at all familiar with pp really.

B+W and Heliopan are seen by many as the best for screw on filters. But you don't need to spend a lot to get into the game.

Ah!! I have B+W UV Haze filters on all my lenses. Mainly for protection. And you say these circular polarizing filters will bring out the sky better? I'm excited at that for sure!
