Mourning Dove

With all the discussions on various tools available for PP, and with a mind to the future where I may have to cut back drastically on software subscriptions, I decided to try my hand at using Gimp and RawTherapee to do some PP on a photo of a dove from a couple of years ago. The original was a CR3 RAW image, with initial processing done with RawTherapee, and additional processing done in Gimp. I guess it's ok for a first attempt with tools that I'm very unfamiliar with.

They certainly are wonderful! When the feeder is empty, they fly onto the patio and look in the window to see if I'm around to fill it...

You need to train them to tap on the glass to get your attention, my magpies come to the front door and quack away to get mine.

Um my spotted doves are fat.
