I paid a visit to the museum here in Perth and then wandered around a bit looking at street art. All taken with Nikon Z6 and Nikon 50mm F1.8 S

Some nice use of Shadows in some here imo.

Nice set.....
Thanks Jeff
Two dimensional subjects are quite groovy :encouragement: but the three dimensional ones
would have benefited being take at ƒ8. I suspect you took them a ƒ1.8… no?
Thanks. Yes 1.8 or thereabouts. I wanted to see how the lens handled low light as a flash is not allowed in the museum. Do you think that F8 would have given them a more 3D effect?

Thanks mate.

Greetings down under!

With +/- ƒ8 at closer range permits to get the whole subject
in proper DoF and still isolating it from the background. Low
light DR is achieved mainly controlling the ISO… your newer
camera model that should handle it gracefully. :p

Just short of perfecto so no complaints here. Very nice set, mate.

Thanks very much Kirk.

Thanks, me to. There are so many fantastic ones around the world.
There's one in Sarasota that Ed, our "flower guy", told me about, it's the Ringling Circus Museum of Fine Art. I need to pay it a visit soon.

Nice set. Interesting.
