Classic pose! I love the highlights, but I think his face has to be opened way up. I agree with a bounce card or bounce light.

I like the pose, but I think with such a clear and sharp tight shot that the lighting has to flatter the eye sockets and nose area a little more - there's a couple of distracting shadows and some of the shadows are pushing the boundary of too dark.

Great work though, got the focus and the pose just right.
