As in making the collage? Just done it in lightroom.
Or taking the pics? Indoors, natural light from window with backdrop. Using a Nikon D700 with a 50mm 1.4 lens. Apature in photos is 2.0

Excellent! (Other than the cropped toes in upper-right; very minor) this is a really good piece of work, and something that would be a strong seller were you to do it for clients.

My thoughts exactly! Yes, a fine baby collage!!! Three small verticals across the top, and then a larger horizontal across the bottom to visually anchor it--and with the baby's feet and head going "upward"...this is just a natural! Well-done! Enjoyable to look at...THIS IS a fine way to display multiple images! A fine-looking baby as well. As to the one foot cut off on that right-hand side....simple--just MOVE that shot to the LEFT-most spot on top, and the cropped-off foot will almost automatically "lead the eyes" to the center photo. Try it...I am positive it will look better that way.

I tried your suggestion, but if I do that she won't be centred in the 3rd pic and it'll look all wrong. I think the collage works bc she is the same size in each pic and in the middle of the pic.
