My eye keeps being led to that $ in the tree! Can you clone that our, or maybe even crop and rotate a bit so his eyes are on plane again? Just a thought..

You ought to try The GiMP

GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program

It's tottally free. Not a replacement for photoshop, but if you don't want to invest in photoshop, it's a great alternative. It has a clone tool, and can do most basic edits and even some more advanced tweaks. Coupled with lightroom it is a pretty good combination!
