How can I make red on the cloud

If you have PS, you can use layers to get the red clouds.

You can also use te paint brush and change it to color from normal in the tab at the top ( I'm not at my computer right now so the actual term I'm not sure of ) and pick your color and opacity and then paint over them itll give a much sifferent effect rather then just using red paint brush It can work in a lot of situations not sure about the clouds though
