My brothers graduation

My brother graduated with his B.A. in Sociology today. I grabbed a few quick shots of him outside the college after the ceremony. These are all with my D200 and Nikkor 24-120 AF-D 3.5-5.6. Comments and critique are appreciated. This was not a formal photo shoot so I traveled lightly. Just my camera and lens.

any comments good or bad? I'm always looking for tips to improve.

This are ok snap shots.
1. Not a flattering shot. His chin down like that gives him a double chin.
2. I'm not a big fan of cutting limbs at weird spots so I'm always looking for that. The tips of his fingers are chopped off.
The others don't do much for me.

Photography is all subjective, so all that matters is that you and/or your clients like them.

Keep it up....good work!

Fill light! LOTS and lots of fill light needed! You've got some good moments, but almost all of them would benefit from at least some additional light.
