lol thanks for the comments anyways. number two was supposed to be a silhouette that i never really got around to editing so its fin to me if its under exposed.
and yeah i suck at spelling but that is just pathetic

Not sure if just upping the exposure would solve the issue though.

I think it due to the shooting angle, bright sky, and under belly of the bird being in the shadows it gives the image a more silhouette look. Maybe try it in black and white...
