couple of these look like test shots, albeit nice ones!
im not a car photo guy, but these seem awfully centered for my liking. there are some great car photogs on here that can offer up some advice if you decide to follow that.

wont comment on the wheels on that truck ;)

nice set overall and congrats on your purchase!
kiss all your money and free time goodbye lol.

*edit*
and for future reference, if youre looking for C&C, numbering your photos will make them much easier to reference.

Remove the air freshener in number 3...

I have left my parking pass hanging from my mirror so many times, then notice it looks awful when I get home.

Thanks for the helpful words :) I like shooting cars and stuff, but I want to start shooting people, thats why I picked up a 50 1.4 and sold my other 2 lenses.

Nice truck! I'm not a truck guy, but I like little trucks...
You need some centercaps for the green wheels!

The pics are a little centered, but they are uber-sharp and well isolated from the background. It's tough (at least IME) to get a background like #3's to not detract from the car, but you did it here marvelously! I shoot a lot of my car as well.

Check out my FlickR photostream. Should be a link in my sig.

You have a great eye for photography. Have fun with it... the best way to learn is just to get our and shoot.

Just shows how good glass can make a low end dslr look expensive. Great eye, enjoyed all your shots.

One pick though, #7 ... in your editing, you've caused banding in the sky. I'm guessing its due to over saturation b/c the wheels look REALLY bright.

I went back and numbered them :) On #7, that was my first time sky masking, and I was so excited, that I completely overlooked the banding lol I'm looking out for stuff like that now :)

I love your car shoots. C&C from me would be useless. I own the same camera. I love it.

Good job, that is definitively a good start. I started myself recently (one year), so take my critiques lightly;)
#2 really like, sharp with a great bokeh!
#7 looks like straight out of a car magazine, awesome job!
#9 the sky is blown out. Are you using a flash? If yes, try to meter on the background and fill light the car with flash.
#10 It would have been nice if you could had a more diffused light (more contrast on the purple flower). You could have placed a piece of cloth to diffuse sunlight on the flower.

Like I said, I still a noob too, but hopefully a noob can help another noob:mrgreen:

Thanks :) I don't use a flash, I haven't got to that point yet.

^I agree!

I snapped this pic this morning, natural light, only editing was sharpness and vibrance... What do you Guys think?
