My First Good Bird Pic

Well. at least I think it is good. But I've been getting extremely frusturated with focusing issues. I'm certain it is my fault and I just haven't figured out what I am doing wrong.

Anyway, What do you guys think? This was the most in focus one I got out the group of shots.

The whites on the bird are kind of blown.
Focus looks ok to me.
I think this shot is rather nice, but there is some room for improvement.
