I would expect to see far more details in the shadows.... in the doorway on the left, under the car, and especially in the store window under the canopy. To me, this looks more like a SOOC shot.

If you could post your original images, as well as the process you used, it would help us immensely.

I would agree, you need to take more extreme exposures (overexpose the car to get the details in the shadows)

Thanks for the help maybe I had done it wrong , I took three photos -2 ,0 ,+2 then use Photoshop CS2 to merge them and use Topaz Adj , I have a Nikon D50 as well . I guess I need to learn much more about this thanks alot for the ideas .

That's the minimum number of shots needed to make a an actual HDR. Usually you need many more to encompass the full dynamic range of the scene. You determine the number of shots needed by looking at the full dynamic range of the scene in question.

Thanks for the learning cruve I ordered the book that was said now I tried to redo it I wonder if this is any better as i said I am noob so i really have no idea what I am doing

Not bad, any way you can send me the exposures, i wanna see if theres anything that can be done with the shadows. I use both Photomatix and Efex Pro.
