hey, this is a photo of my sister kim, it was taken with my old camera and is my first attempt at taking photos of people...i really have taken a liking to photography of people so any feedback is much wanted

I like the shot, but i find it a little overexposed. I think that reducing the exposure a little in PP would help a bit.

Something to watch for when doing a portrait is the eyes, it is fine to be looking away from you but not all the way over try to keep a bit of white on both sides of the eyes. It gives a more balanced look and gives more highlight to the eyes.
