Would really appreciate any C & C on these shots. I've had my D40 for a short time and whilst its a great camera I'm no where near to getting the best from it. Thanks for your time, anyway.

Well,your composition can really use some work.Try not cutting pieces of the subject off, frame it in camera before you click.
#4 is the best for me, although it is way oversaturated and the vignette is horrid. Fix this one, its worth it.

Thanks for your comments. Absolutly spot on with the composition. I really see that now. I'll certainly work on that.

I'm glad you see something in the #4. I've removed most of the pp including the horrid vig. Just sticking with slight cropping and bumped the exposure a little. To me its so much better and I'm glad you pointed out its problems. What do you think? Any other advise to make it better?
