I prefer #2 and #4.
Is #4 tilted horizon intended? I will probably exclude the right bottom corner dark shades...

#5 is my favorite. The reflection of the sun totally reinforces the composition, creating a nice triangle for my eye to follow from sun towards camera and back to landmass.
