Sorry for my criticism. I think main object in your photo is not a wood branch. Bug on left side is more attractive but I can not recognize him. What is it?

This is a very funny first pic here, funny and at the same time very well done, quite clear and with a lovely background colour, too (!) (OK, others, don't groan ).

I think I have never seen a bug in flight like this.
Very interesting capture!
And it looks like it is soon going to go "Bong!" against that stick instead of landing on it .
OK, it might have realised it the fraction of the second after that tiny fraction of a second that you needed to take the pic, and may still have made the move to really land on the stick, but here it looks as if ... "Bong!"

weird bug... I dunno what is it i like this picture a lot and I think that it was smart to include so much branch in the crop because if it was cropped, we wouldn't know what it was!

Thanks for all your comments. I have no idea what kind of bug that was. But there were two of them buzzing around the end of that branch!

Very nice shot. I agree with mentos. We probably wouldn't know what that object was if you cropped any or most of it out.
