Can others edit my Photos

Good evening! (and happy thanksgiving!)

A few days ago my roommate asked me to take a few pictures of him just for kicks so we moved our furniture a bit and got started. We ended up keeping about 25 out of 100+ pictures, those are my 6 personal favorites (or the one I think turned out the best)

I really wanted some feedbacks. What's good / bad about them? How could I they be improved? What to check / keep in mind for the next time? That'd be really appreciated!

some of the shadows are really distracting...and the background may or may not be overexposed...but you are working the angles, and that's important to find your own personal favourites.

Okay you're working with shadows. I like most of the shadows except #5...seems misplaced.

#2 looks a bit daft.

#4 could use a tighter crop.

#6's shadow is unnecessary and does not contribute to the image.

Otherwise, very nice series.

Thanks for the comments! I'll try to crop #4 a bit tighter see how it turns out. Should probably do the same thing with #6 to get rid of the shadow.

Don't crop into #4's shadow....I like it. Gives it dimension and to me wouldnt be as interesting without the whole shadow.

2 has no shadow

Yeah, I agree with Sweetsomedays, don't touch number four! I think it's awesome as is, as far as the crop goes.

The only thing I would consider is cloning out the table showing in the bottom right corner. Even that doesn't bother me too much, though.

I'm not a big fan of shadows either, but 3 and 4 here are great. Nice work!

Good news is, I found more models! ;) Thanks for the comments and feedbacks, I'll post more soon (and hopefully get better lightning this time!)
