My Mother's Christmas wish

Hello everyone, first post.

my mom wants a new digital point and shoot camera for xmas, she needs optical zoom (at least 3x, preferrably 5x), optical image stabilization, ultra compact size, rapid fire picture taking, and a rechargeable li-ion battery

I was thinking about the canon elphs or the nikon coolpix s600 , or casio exilim, however i know next to nothing about cameras- any suggestions?
