My new Assignment

For my new assignment for my course, I have been asked to copy a photograph of my choosing. I decided to chose a Emily Soto photograph


Is there anything I need to remember when trying to copy this? like lighting or effects?

Well you'll definitely need to watch your dof. Also, since this is outside, you will have to do some careful planning as to when and where you plan your shoot. E.g. you wouldn't want to do it at noon because the light would be directly overhead which is not what you want. ISO would be in the 100-300 range, just depends on the cloud coverage. If say try different times on different days and see what works best! Let us know how it goes!
