I love all of these! Number three is my favorite. The lighting is great; her face stands out but the soft lighting is still there and the contrast doesn't take away from the picture at all. I think in the first, second, and last pictures you could have used a little bit more contrast too. Overall, great composition and nice work!
P.S she is adorable!
