My photos from Car shows, drifting events, and other stuff

some of these shot were really hard to focus because when i was shooting the video it was really windy...:er:

So some of these are stills taken from a video?

yup...so when i edit my video, i go through it clip by clip to find the best quality and clarity, then save it as a photo, then edit the photo

That's not a bad little camera but shooting video for stills is killing the quality. about 1/4 the actual ability of the camera, Id try actually shooting as a camera and Im betting with our eye you might get some stellar shots :thumbup:

what i dont like about my camera i have now is that i dont have a shutter speed on it...but most of these shots im trying to focus more on the car then the surrounding areas so i blur out the back and focus the car a little more...

what i dont like about my camera i have now is that i dont have a shutter speed on it...but most of these shots im trying to focus more on the car then the surrounding areas so i blur out the back and focus the car a little more...

You can still get decent shots by practicing panning and keeping the camera moving with your subject and on the static shots it will work well. read up on the mode options and learn how to use them creatively to tweak what you want.
