Pretty nicely done

I think a little tighter to give the feeling and net let the tension drain away - and a bit of rotation (he looks a bit tilted to me.)
Get a face shot without the glasses and darken it up some;the glasses make him look a little more like Satan's black sheep son, the systems admin.
