My two last shots from my IR modified Nikon D70

Camera: Nikon D70 (IR modified)
Lens: Nikon 28mm f/2.8 AI
Place: Vänersborg / Sweden

Hi. You really need to modify D70 for it ? Get Retro 80S, put red filter on and you have the same. Just kidding.
Somehow IR just for the sake of IR doesn't play for me. I prefer you shooting Holga, there is more purpose and creative approach in your pictures, when you shoot Holga or your Chamonix.

Also prefer the analog cameras and the 6mp on the D70 is not all that imressive.
But it was nice to get just as fast shutter speeds in IR light as in normal light and I don't know any analog film that can do that.
Theses shots are from 2009 and it did not take to longe time before I sold it.

Any filter or effect has often a quite limited use and can't be used just for the sake of it.
But thay can ofcourse work very well if used in the right sceen etc.
