Jm has some great tips. Also, you've burned out the top of her head so that her hair is overblown. What light was shining right on the top of her head?

When I was shooting these pictures, basically I was just playing around, no posing no nothing, just getting in some practice with my camera. I will try again with the same subject in the same spot in a couple of days, or at least before the tree comes down-
The burned out hair is probably from the 3 light fixture right her head. I will get her to move to the other side of the tree for the next shots, or move the lights up and not shining down.
