Very nice; a couple of issues I see. (1) The skin temperature seems somewhat too warm; and (2) you seem to have missed focus. Your DoF was so thin thin that the focus appears to be about 6" in front of her face.

Exactly what striked, stroked? me too. Tones are off and too soft. Otherwise it's a cute pose and frame.

The Exif says it was on a f/1.4 85mm lens, with the settings at 1/160 sec, f/1.8, ISO 100. You need to drop your shutter speed a little, up your ISO, and close your aperture down to around 5.6-8.
You have a beautiful wife, with a great pose and smile.

Actually quite orange though, (@tirediron, ever the gent ). I don't know if you were going for warm colours but it's a little too much for me. The cast takes some of the crispness out:
