I really like the blue colour tone which complements the subject's attire. I'm not sure whether the space to the left and right of the model is necessary, instead I think a crop that showed more of his hair and tie would look better. Just my 2 cents

I seem to remember you like these wide crops. Not everyone seems to like them, but when executed well, as it is here, I think it looks really good! Nice image!
