Natural Bridge, VA

Just wanted post up a few I just took. This was the first time I have messed with the in camera HDR mode on my camera and I haven't yet had a chance to do any editing (in my car going home).

Anyways, I was able to get rid of the little ones for the weekend so yesterday I woke up and decided I needed to do a short road trip. I've been wanting to go see Natural Bridge since I was about 15 or so but never gone so I dragged my hubby out. We ended up staying the night and went to see the bridge this AM. Unfortunately due to ice on the trail and falling ice we weren't able to walk all the up to or go under it. The sun was also in and out the whole time we were there.

On another note, I also brought my Yaschica-mat with me. Another couple there commented on it and asked if it was still possible to take photos with it. I bit my tongue and gave a nice response, I was tempted to tell them "No, I just carry it around for looks".
