Need advice on choosing a camera

Hello, after doing some research I have narrowed my search down to 3 different cameras:

What I would like to do with the camera is take minimal motion shots of my 4 month old and 3 year old. I would also like to take some outdoor scenery pictures. I use to have an S80 and the Sony Cyber-Shot H1 but had to sell them a while back due to financial trouble. Right now I have an ancient 2mp Sony digital camera, here are some pictures of my kids I took with it in B/W to show what I need to upgrade from.

I'm open to any other suggestions outside of the 3 camera's that I mentioned above but they must fall within the $300 to $450 price range (ebay prices acceptable). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to TPF! This suggestion will be at the max you want to pay but it will put you in to a very nice DSLR. Very easy to use and also has many features for down the road photography.
