Need assistance: Traffic ticket in Germany, not sure how to proceed

I got a similar ticket in Australia once... Not sure how they found me when I got back to San Diego, but I just crinkled it up and threw it away. :scratch:

I keep clicking on it, but it doesn't take me to my arrest record!
