Need C&C, please!

These are edited photos I have recently made. Would be happy if you can give me some C&C or tips.

Where is this? Looks like an interesting city. The images are ok, nothing really holds my attention long but they are not un-pleasant.

Yeah, maybe because I am still not so skilled Anyway, this is situated in Devin, Bulgaria.

They all have a lot of 'empty' space. Meaning: there's a lot of space in the image that isn't the subject. I find they are suffering from Subject identity Crisis. I can't figure out what the subject is.

The waterfall........ I'm assuming the water is the subject. Aim the camera down a bit more and get more of it in the frame. The background foliage is nice, but there's too much of it and is a distraction.

The first city shot (with the swimming pool?)... are the buildings the subject or the dark, brooding clouds?

Second city shot (Sunset).... again: buildings or the sky?

And the last shot has three potential subjects: the buildings, the trees and the dark sky.

But I like the first top 2, the water and the swimming pool one .. it goes from in focus & brights to drury fog .. kinda neat (of course that top of the tree sticking up right up front is kinda annoying).

Well, on the first one I know that the background is just too much but.. I didn't realise that while I was shooting it.
About second, I honestly like the rest photos more. I just shoot it because of the mist that sky created.
Thrid, I just love that.. Its because of the sky and because of the building, composition and everythink.. I just adore it.
And the last one, Like the colors. Its like a book.. Soft and warm.
