Need C&C to help with People.

These are some of my first people shots (outside of point and shoot) that I have ever done. I am an advid nature/wildlife photographer and no nothing about people/lighting etc. These pictures were all taken with an off camera SB-800 speelight. Thanks in advance for any opinions/suggestions.

Hard to criticize because I don't know what you were trying to do. Lighting on first two is creative, did it do what you want? The ultra close-up on #1 make a poor photo, IMHO.
#3 nice and well lit.
Stay with it.
