Need feedback

Hi,
I just upgraded to a Nikon D200 and we were at Union Station in LA where I decided to play with my new toy.

Here's a pic I took; I removed a person from the background with photoshop and then adjusted the picture with lightroom.

I am trying to learn more about composition, so I welcome any feedback and criticism.

Interesting idea; I'd like to see it just a bit brighter on the seats image right though.

unfortunately that side was naturally pretty dark on the original picture so if I try to adjust it, it's going to come washed out

I don't think all the black helps. I would crop off a lot of the top, some on the bottom and some on the right. This would put her more off center and looking into the photo. - TF
