Need Help Posting Photos

I was trying to post a couple of photos for some C&C....but I must be doing something wrong. If I try to post them from my computer they come as "undefined" So then I made a Flickr account and it says the URL is not good....HELP!

Ok...If I had looked up I would have seen the very good instructions that were already posted!!!! I think I got it figured out!!!!
