Need Help with Quote

A company wants to buy a photo (digital) with a female model. The photo will appear full size and front page of a catalogue with a circulation of 3,500 that will run for a year in the Pacific Northwest. I already have put together a Standard End User License Agreement, just having trouble finding resources to estimate a quote. A model release is already in place. Thanks for the help.
