So the first weekend in may I am doing a photoshoot for a local band called Sidetrack. I'm a little nervous for this one for some reason and ned some cool ideas for poses. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

I'm yet to do one of those posed shoots, but I've seen some fairly cool ones. Jeremy Cowart does some amazing stuff - check out his shots here (he does a lot of portraits too so just scroll through it all - worth a look regardless because he does great stuff)

It depends on what you've got to work with really. A cement room? A drained pool? A shed? Maybe invest some time in scouting a location beforehand. Then shine your lights on it and all that jazz, see how it looks.

I would also recommend scouting out locations. Also talk to the band to find out what *they're* going for with this shoot.

I also recommend staying away from train tracks and brick walls ;) :lmao:

LOL but train tracks are all i got ;) I will have to do some scouting for sure
