Need some help editing a photo.

I think this is the board i can post this question. First i want to thank every who answered my previous post. I am currently using GIMP as my photo-editing software. It seems to be working great. Now what i need help with is editing stretchmarks out of a photo. Now the photo is NSFW because its a nude torso with some pubic hair showing. I have a flicker account, and a few others. should i post there and post a link here? What should i do so people can critique and show me how to edit this photo properly?

Do you have a release from the model to allow you to show it? If not, I sure wouldn't.
I can give you a quick go at it and what I'd do if you want to PM me.
