Ive been taking some photos for a band, and on one of the photos, there must have been a tiny bit of finger oil on the lens, and the sun hit it in just the right way, so the picture has some prisms on it which are lighter than the surrounding areas.
Heres the picture:

A you can see if you enlarge the photo, there are multiple prisms of lighter areas. I dont work a lot with photoshop, because I usually just use lightroom for my edits. But I'm guessing you can go into photoshop, mask out those parts, and then individually darken those parts. The problem is that I just don't know how. It would be awesome to get some help on that, and next time, I'll make sure to clean my lens better!
