Need to Rent: Studio space in Santa Rosa, CA area

I friend of mine has asked me to do some maternity shots this November, but rather than having them drive 2 hours down to me I thought it'd be easier to rent some studio space up there for the day. Anyone know of anything available? Looking in the Santa Rosa/Cotati/Rohnert Park area.
