Z612, fewer megapixels, larger photosites, less noise.

Thats what i thought.. but it says this..

"Focus Control
-----------------
Focus Type: TTL-AF
Focus Modes: Multi-zone AF, Center-zone AF, Selectable-zone AF"

What does this mean, on the Kodak EasyShare P850 it has "manuel" focus mode.. does this make much difference?

Sooo.... you're going to NY today.

On a Saturday.

To B&H.

Ya' know.... ya' may find they're closed on Saturdays....

If there is any chance that you have not gotten a camera yet, take a Deep and think. If you've bothered to find this site then you most likely will want more out of your camera than quick snaps. This means you need manual focus or at the very least aperture priority to give you artistic control over your shots.

Hey, I figured that out the hard way, too... and I grew up as a (relatively) religious Jew, you'd think I'd remember they close on Shabbes. Fortunately I was living in NY at the time, so all I had to do was take the subway back uptown. Still, I felt like a doofus for the rest of the week...
